Who Are We?
Association Bulgarian Global Trade and Investments (BGTI) is a non-governmental organization for private benefit, established for an indefinite period, aiming to create a favorable national and international environment to support Bulgarian enterprises and the economy, with a focus on promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, enhancing competitiveness, attracting investments, and entering new markets.
BGTI is a legal entity under the Non-Profit Legal Entities Act. The association is an organization established for private benefit activities.
Membership
Any legal entity or capable natural person who fully accepts the ideas, goals, and statutes of the association and is admitted as a member according to the established procedure may become a member of the BGTI association.

Goals
Main Goals of BGTI
- Protection of the common interests of its members;
- Improving the business environment in Bulgaria, promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, and enhancing the competitiveness of the Bulgarian economy;
- Support for Bulgarian micro, small, medium, and large enterprises in their international business and assistance for innovative foreign companies with potential that are interested in establishing themselves in Bulgaria;
- Supporting the development of local economic entities that provide and develop modern, high-quality, and accessible products, technologies, and services by improving their technological base, fostering innovation, automation, digitalization, improving organizational structures within companies, expanding their exports, attracting investments, or, in general, enhancing their competitiveness.

Means to Achieve the Goals
The BGTI association achieves its goals through the following means:
Organizing events for the exchange of ideas, experience, knowledge, and other information in the areas of corporate governance, foreign trade, and the investment process;
Provides training, consulting, and assistance to its members to improve their competitiveness in all aspects of business.
Assists and provides support in the development of innovations, from optimizing production processes and improving management to enhancing marketing, expanding exports, and investing in the company by attracting national and European funding and external partners.
Assists in the implementation of European norms and standards in the relevant sectors of the Bulgarian economy. Engages with national and international institutions to develop corporate governance and the investment environment in Bulgaria.
Informs and assists its members in taking advantage of funding opportunities from EU funds and participation in the single European market.
The association represents its members in international and national employer organizations and other entities.
Represents in national and regional authorities.

Activity
Scope of Activity
- Providing services aimed at stimulating entrepreneurship, innovation, expanding international markets, investments abroad, servicing foreign trade activities, attracting investments, and international partners for joint ventures.
- Collecting information on legislation, markets, and business opportunities both domestically and internationally, as well as any other information useful for the activities of BGTI and its members.
- Organizing and participating in various types of events - forums for exchanging ideas, experience, and other information in the areas of corporate governance, the investment process, and European integration, trade missions, fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and more.
- Providing services for applying for and implementing projects with national and European funding for the development of innovations, investments in companies, and more.
- Coordinating research, projects, and activities of common interest for its members.
- Coordinating the group use of products and services to achieve better conditions for all participants.
